‘When leaving the shelter, make sure you wear your gas mask; if you do not have a gas mask, make sure you cover your eyes, nose and mouth with a cloth. Wear protective clothing and ensure that any exposed areas of bare skin are tightly wrapped. Proceed through the affected territories quickly, without stopping. You must not sit, or touch any object (including your face) with your hands. Do not enter any buildings unless absolutely necessary; should you have to enter any exposed structures, wear appropriate safety clothing and do not remove any objects from inside.’
